What Is The Process for Custom Invitations?
Step 1 - Contact Us! The sooner, the better.
Step 2 - Consultation - We'll collection lots of information and inspiration from you. Ideas will form, a personalized timeline will be created, and a contract and quote will be provided. (Don't worry, your initial quote is just a starting place - we can add or remove pieces throughout the process.)
* We execute our consultations digitally. We also offer free in-person consultations in Loudoun County, Virginia.
Step 3 - Contract and Deposit - Once you're ready to move forward, simply sign our contract and place your deposit.
Step 4 - Proof - Digital proofs will be provided to you with your customized designs. We can make any revisions and send you new proofs (details regarding the number of proofs will be included in your contract). Once your final proof is approved and your remaining balance is paid, your order moves into production.
Step 5 - Production and Delivery - Now it's time for you to sit back and relax! Production typically takes three to five weeks and then delivery can take up to one week.
